Krueger Attends First Land Strategies Forum at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference

Mark Krueger, a principal of ArchCrest Commercial Partners, attended the first land strategies forum at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) held June 5th and 6th in San Diego, California. The land strategies forum invited experts in the homebuilding and land development business to discuss current activity in the land market across the country in addition to upcoming trends and predictions. Overall, builder’s confidence and expectations were high for 2013 and beyond.

PCBC was launched in 1959 as a small educational conference at the Sheraton Palace Hotel in San Francisco and has become one of the fastest growing tradeshows in the nation. PCBC is a gathering of America’s most prominent residential builders, developers, architects, building scientists, lenders, investors, marketers and product manufacturers. Although PCBC made its name as a homebuilding event, it now draws major builders of a wide range of housing forms—single-family, multifamily, mixed-use, seniors’ and resort development. Through targeted educational forums, exclusive networking venues, a curated exhibit floor experience, product “matchmaking” sessions and more, PCBC is dedicated to creating better ways for buyers and sellers to productively engage.
