5470 Kietzke Lane: Kevin Annis and Mike Van Blaricom of ArchCrest Commercial Partners represented both the Seller, Ken Templeton Realty and Investment, Inc., and the Buyer, McKenzie Properties, in the sale of the 56,589 square foot office building located at 5470 Kietzke Lane as well as the adjoining 5.552± acre parcel.
