More than 2,000 homes are either planned or under construction in the city of Sparks. This report from the city shows where new houses and apartment units are going up.

Single-family homes:

D’Andrea: Lennar is constructing single family homes in the Asti, Trento and Carrera villages. Lennar has pulled permits for 39 homes.

Miramonte: Ryder Homes has pulled 42 permits for homes in the Laseda II subdivision. The City has issued Lennar 166 permits for houses in the Frontera subdivision.

Pioneer Meadows: Evolution Homes has been issued permits for 19 homes.

Highland Estates: KDH Homes is nearing completion of homes on their 24 lots.

The Pinnacles: Reno Mesa Residential has pulled 10 permits while KDH Builders has been issued 32 permits.

The Preserve in Kiley Ranch South: Tanamera Construction has pulled 113 permits.

Galleria Station: Merlion Development has pulled 18 permits.

Kiley Ranch North: First Tee Development has 26 lots; KDH Builders has 20 permits for in Village 38.

Silverado Homes: actively building in Silverado Villages 8A and 14.

The Foothills at Wingfield Springs: KDH Builders has drawn permits for 25 homes while Silverado Homes is also active in this development with 183 permits dating back to 2014.
