Mark Krueger's 2019 Land Forecast

It was another record breaking crowd of over 650 attendees at the 2019 Forecast and Beyond event hosted by the Builders Association and CCIM of Northern Nevada on January 15, 2019. 2018 was really a tale of 2 halves for the land and new home market as the second half slowed significantly when compared to the first half. But even with a cooling, 2019 should be a busy year as the construction of new homes will continue and interest rates and home prices should stabilize.
