Kevin Annis, SIOR, CCIM is the Broker, Principal and a founding member of ArchCrest Commercial Partners. Annis is a licensed Nevada real estate broker with over 13 years of experience dedicated specifically to the leasing and sales of commercial properties and associated investment sales in Northern Nevada. Over the course of his career he has been a part of over 450 transactions totaling well over 5.5 million total square feet. As the firm’s broker of record, Annis is in charge of overseeing and managing all aspects of the commercial brokerage company. Recently Annis, along with his partner, Mike Van Blaricom, were awarded the Northern Nevada Summit award for Office Broker of the Year.  This is the team's second Summit award, after receiving the award for the Largest Single Lease Transaction in 2014. The team was also included in Nevada Business Weekly’s list of Top Brokers for 2015. Annis is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a degree in business administration and minor in Physics and has also received the designation of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute and the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. These organizations encompass the brightest and most professional members of the commercial real estate industry. In 2010 and 2015 Annis served as the president of the CCIM Northern Nevada Chapter. Prior to forming ArchCrest Commercial Partners, Annis worked with its predecessor Tanamera Commercial Brokerage Company where he was responsible for the leasing and sales of millions of square feet of developed projects, as well as maintaining and building a substantial outside brokerage business. Prior to that, Annis spent four years as an office leasing and investment sales specialist with Colliers International where he received numerous awards and was a finalist for rookie of the year companywide. Annis is very active in the Northern Nevada community where he is a two time past President and former secretary board member for the CCIM Northern Nevada chapter, member of the Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of the Sparks Chamber of Commerce PACE Leadership Program. Annis also sits on the board of directors for the Northern Nevada Children Cancer Foundation and the Northern Nevada Autism Coalition. Annis was one of the founders, current chairman and a critical part of the Summit Awards, an annual awards ceremony dedicated to the recognition and celebration of commercial real estate development and brokerage, where he was also a winner of the Extra Mile Award.
