Mike Van Blaricom
Mike Van Blaricom is a Principal with ArchCrest Commercial Partners where he specializes in commercial investments and is also a seasoned expert in commercial leasing and sales. Mike has been selling real estate in the state of Nevada for over 20 years and has transacted over $200 million in transactions. Since the company’s creation in 2012, Mike, together with his partner Kevin Annis, has leased or sold nearly 100 transactions totaling almost $72 million in revenue and over 670,000 square feet of commercial properties. Van Blaricom, along with his partner, Kevin Annis, was recently awarded the Northern Nevada Summit award for Office Broker of the Year. This is the team's second Summit award, after receiving the award for the Largest Single Lease Transaction in 2014. The team was also included in Nevada Business Weekly’s list of Top Brokers for 2015. Mike focuses on building long term relationships with his clients and prides himself on client retention and satisfaction. Mike started his career in Lake Tahoe where he spent six years with Sunterra Resorts and was voted Top Salesman of the Year four out of six years finishing runner up twice. Mike was a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida where he specialized in organizing and training sales teams for new start up timeshare resorts in Key West from 1998 to 2000. Mike was also responsible for managing and overseeing the OPC (Offsite Property Contacts) and marketing department. After two years in Florida, Mike moved back to the Lake Tahoe area where he was the Assistant Director of Sales for David Walley’s Resort in Genoa, NV. In 2005 he moved his family to Reno/Sparks and began working for Tanamera as a commercial real estate agent specializing in office sales and leasing where he helped design, develop, sell and/or lease nearly 280 acres of commercial development projects through northern Nevada.
