Melanie has worked in the Lake Tahoe and Reno Real Estate market for the past 17 years.  During this time, she had a focus on Luxury Real Estate, assisting high-end clients with their distinctive buying and selling needs.  In addition to being a Real Estate Agent, she was successful in developing the luxury program for a prominent Northern NV and Northern CA Real Estate Firm, from the ground up.  During that time Melanie also taught classes and trained fellow agents on how to work as a Luxury Agent.  She excelled in providing them assistance with their listing presentations and with helping to procure and retain clients in the high-end sector.  Melanie’s background also includes working with local leading Developers as a Project Manager on numerous multi-million-dollar, multi-family projects in the Reno and Carson Areas. 

 

She is excited to enter another chapter in her Real Estate Career and is looking forward to learning and growing within the Commercial Real Estate Community.  Melanie brings with her a strategic insight and the kind of organized productivity that is needed when it comes to working with clients and customers in all aspects of Real Estate.

 

Outside of work, family is the most important thing to Melanie, and she is often found trying to keep up with her husband and their two boys while they enjoy golfing, skiing, camping or whatever other activities keeps them busy!
