The Reno Office Team, made up of Kevin Annis, SIOR, CCIM and, Mike Van Blaricom, was created in 2012 with the start of ArchCrest Commercial Partners. Together, the team has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office and investments. They have completed over 1,000 transactions totaling well over 4.5 million square feet. The team was recently awarded the Northern Nevada Summit award for Office Broker of the Year.  This is the team's second Summit award, after receiving the award for the Largest Single Lease Transaction in 2014. The team was also included in Nevada Business Weekly’s list of Top Brokers for 2015.
