Asset Management
StoneHaven currently provides asset management services for a number of clients for both commercial and residential properties throughout northern Nevada and has approximately 668,000 square feet of commercial properties under asset management in five business parks and two retail shopping centers.

Construction Management
StoneHaven has extensive construction management experience in construction management of land infrastructure, office buildings, retail buildings, hotels, industrial buildings and apartments through northern and northeastern Nevada.

Space Planning/Budgeting
StoneHaven's licensed in-house staff of interior designers and space planners are proficient in Auto CAD drawings, interior design layouts and the selection of interior finishes for all types of commercial tenant improvements. Their team is creative and can help with implementing design visions into function working environments. They can effectively and quickly provide cost budgets for all types of design spaces and use this to help tenants and landlord in the selection and negations of leased space.
