Van Blaricom and Annis Take Home Largest Lease Transaction Summit Award

Mike Van Blaricom and Kevin Annis, principals at ArchCrest Commercial Partners, took home the Largest Lease Transaction Award at the 9th annual Summit Awards that took place April 18, 2014. The lease that won them the coveted award was for 35,000 square feet of Class A office space leased to Morrison University in the Reno Tahoe Tech Center located at 10345 Professional Circle in Reno.

The Summit Awards is hosted by the northern Nevada chapters of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals). The awards program recognizes distinguished commercial developers and top-producing commercial brokers in northern Nevada with the goal to increase public awareness of the services provided by brokers and developers, as well as to reward commercial real estate practitioners for contributions to the industry.
