Mark Krueger Named Top Overall and Land Broker of the Year at 11th Annual Summit Awards

Mark Krueger, principal at ArchCrest Commercial Partners, took home top honors at the 11th Annual Summit Awards earning two of the real estate industry’s most coveted awards, “Broker of the Year” and “Land Broker of the Year”.

These prestigious awards acknowledge outstanding accomplishments throughout the northern Nevada real estate market in 2015. Krueger has held the title of “Land Broker of the Year” for nine out of the past eleven years and 2015 marks his second time to be awarded the pinnacle “Overall Broker of the Year” award, which recognizes the top real estate individual based on highest gross earnings that year.

“It’s an honor to be recognized along with my peers in the commercial real estate field and I am thankful for the many long term relationships I have been able to maintain with clients over the years” said Mark Krueger.

The Summit Awards was held May 14, 2016 at the El Dorado Casino and was hosted by the northern Nevada chapters of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals). The awards program recognizes distinguished commercial developers and top-producing commercial brokers in northern Nevada with the goal to increase public awareness of the services provided by brokers and developers, as well as to reward commercial real estate practitioners for contributions to the industry.

Krueger has been a staple in the real estate industry for more than 36 years and has been at the forefront of many master planned communities throughout Northern Nevada. He boasts many top producer and outstanding achievement awards and is a trusted expert in his field. He formed ArchCrest Commercial Partners in March of 2012 with his partners, Kevin Annis and Mike Van Blaricom, and the firm has since become a leading commercial real estate powerhouse in northern Nevada specializing in the sales and leasing of land and commercial properties.
