Mark Krueger's 2018 Land Forecast

It was a record breaking crowd of over 600 attendees at the 2018 Forecast and Beyond event hosted by the Builders Association and CCIM of Northern Nevada on January 17, 2018. New home sales fell just below our prediction of 2,000 sales but the Northern Nevada economy, commercial and residential markets are looking strong for 2018….it’s time to turn up the heat!
