Van Blaricom and Annis Take Home Office Broker of the Year

Mike Van Blaricom and Kevin Annis, SIOR, CCIM, principals at ArchCrest Commercial Partners, took home the Office Broker of the Year Award at the 13th annual Summit Awards that took place April 21, 2018. This prestigious award acknowledges outstanding achievements by office brokers throughout Northern Nevada real estate market in 2017.

“The Summit Awards is the premier event in commercial real estate and we are honored to have received the award for the top office brokers of 2017. The entire Northern Nevada economy is thriving and we are excited to be a part of such a great community” said Kevin Annis.

Together the team has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office and investments. They have completed over 1,000 transactions totaling well over 4.5 million square feet.

The Summit Awards was held April 21, 2018 at the Silver Legacy and was hosted by the northern Nevada chapters of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), Nevada Builders Alliance, and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals). The awards program recognizes distinguished commercial developers and top-producing commercial brokers in Northern Nevada with the goal to increase public awareness of the services provided by brokers and developers, as well as to reward commercial real estate practitioners for contributions to the industry.
