Ryan Puliz Joins ArchCrest Commercial Partners

ArchCrest Commercial Partners, an independent powerhouse commercial real estate firm in northern Nevada specializing in the sales and leasing of land and commercial properties, is pleased to announce that Ryan Puliz has joined the firm as an associate. Ryan will be specializing in the leasing and sale of commercial properties in northern Nevada.

Ryan began his career with Puliz Records Management Services (PRMS) in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. PRMS services provides secure document imaging, storage, and destruction in the state of Nevada. Ryan served on the board of Professional Records Information Systems Management and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix. During his tenure as Vice President of PRMS, Ryan was involved in several mergers and acquisitions along with developing and purchasing Industrial facilities.

Ryan is now applying his education, experience and problem-solving skills he gained throughout his years with PRMS to create opportunities in commercial real estate. Ryan is a proud member of the Rotary Club and enjoys volunteering. In addition, he loves golfing and traveling with his wife, Jennifer and two young children, Riley and Charley.
